- SERVICE - Those "big box" firms will help tell a generic story about you, or, for a sizable fee, allow modest customization of pictures and copy. You'll have semi-annual contact with an account rep who has 15-20 other clients to serve. At HME, we don't charge for customization because it's our base level of service. We don't add punitive monthly retainer fees that entitle you to a phone call, but instead HME provides the sort of personal service you deserve, without the price you would expect.
- QUALITY - We're happy to answer the question about quality by providing samples of our work both here online and in hard copy form upon request. Our team of award-winning writers and designers have worked in the field for decades and in some cases come to HME from the "big box" firms described earlier. Without hesitation, HME is proud to offer unmatched quality in our Direct Mail campaigns.
- ANALYSIS - In a category that is often overlooked, HME specializes in data analysis.
