How much does it cost to have Bill come and speak to our group?

HME has been blessed to work with many leading ministries and broadcast partners over the years. One of our goals is be available when needed and not be locked in to specific costs. We will do our best to work within your budget. Please keep in mind that time, travel, and talent do figure into the final honorarium.

What is Michigan Golf Live and why is it listed on the HME site?

HME began primarily as the parent company of Michigan Golf Live (MGL). The program - as the title suggests - focuses on golf and is carried on both radio (13 stations) and TV (Fox Sports Net-Detroit) across the state. Bill Hobson created MGL and serves as its primary host. The success of MGL helps make possible Bill's commitment to work with ministries and groups according to their event/project budget instead of a fixed rate card.

Also, in keeping with the standards of HME, MGL accepts no advertising dollars from alcohol, gaming, or adult establishments. Our goal is to provide an advertising environment where none of our partners are uncomfortable being seen or heard with any others.

The main purpose for listing MGL on the HME site is to provide the full picture of the HME world and to provide diehard golfers with a fun link that will transport them to some of the lush fairways of the country's top courses. Non-golfers beware!

Our ministry is hurting for finances. How do we know if HME can help... and will it cost money to find that answer?

It will cost absolutely nothing for an initial consultation with HME. We will be happy to schedule a phone appointment or a personal visit (travel expenses only) for Bill to come and visit your ministry. There are a number of key questions that we'll explore together in order to determine whether HME might be able to lend strategic insight into donor development. It's entirely possible that your ministry may be best served by another development firm. We know that and will not pretend otherwise.

But if HME does offer the solid solutions you and your Board have been seeking, we will be happy to move forward with an official proposal for consideration. Again, there is no cost for any of the initial consultation stages.
